Our Story

How we got our name

Our journey began back in 2007, when I stumbled upon the world of Club Penguin. As someone grappling with learning disabilities, this virtual wonderland offered me solace and inspiration. Interacting with its endearing characters, I felt a sense of belonging that had often eluded me in the real world.

Around the same time, a character in particular, captured my imagination and adoration: Legolas, the elven hero from the legendary Lord of the Rings saga.

Eager to embody the spirit of Legolas within Club Penguin, I attempted to name my character after him. However, my limited grasp of spelling led me astray, and I unintentionally coined the name “Legolamb” instead. Simultaneously, my longing for an Xbox 360 infused my Club Penguin persona with a touch of modernity, giving rise to the moniker, Legolamb360.

Yet, as I ventured beyond the confines of childhood and into the realm of adulthood, a discouraging encounter unfolded. A teacher, meant to guide and inspire, conveyed a very disheartening message. This crushing remark plunged me into a realm of self-doubt, making me question my potential and purpose. In response, I instinctively began masking my true self, molding my personality to conform to the mold of societal expectations. I felt compelled to become just another cog in the vast machinery of conformity.

Nevertheless, my path has been far from smooth or straightforward. Life’s imperfections have tested my resilience time and again. Yet, amid this tumultuous journey, I experienced a profound epiphany—a moment of self-discovery that reverberated deep within my soul. I came to realize that Legolamb360 was not a name to be ashamed of; it carried a profound meaning that defied societal norms and preconceived notions. It became a symbol of individuality, an emblem of resilience, and a testament to the notion that intrinsic worth transcends the limitations imposed by society.

Fueled by this newfound understanding, I yearned to encapsulate the essence and narrative of Legolamb360 within my own venture. It was then that the seeds of Lamb’s Media were sown—a name that resonated with authenticity, creativity, and the courage to challenge societal expectations. It embodies the spirit of embracing one’s true self, of celebrating uniqueness, and of defying the constraints that seek to confine our aspirations.

Lamb’s Media stands as a testament to the beauty of imperfection, the strength found in authenticity, and the resilience to carve one’s own path. It is a reminder that worth and value extend beyond the narrow confines of societal boxes, urging us to embrace our true selves and honor our individual journeys.
